Very Quiet Room In Leytonstone

Room -with King Size bed as reference for size

We are looking for 1 person to move in with myself and my housemate and friend Juan Carlos, and Francisco, all Spanish, to replace our housemate who is leaving to live on his own. We are all professionals, and we're looking for another professional who likes pets (there's a dog and a cat), videogames, sports, nature, sightseeing and socialising, and is respectful, tidy and clean.
Shared areas are a living room, a functional gym, and a toilette downstairs, with a complete bathroom upstairs. There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dishwasher, plus basement and attic (no ghost included!).
There's also a weekly cleaning by a lady (usually on Friday or Saturday morning).
High Road Leytonstone, and Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest within walking distance, in a very quiet residential area. Big Tesco also very close (5 mins walking), and many shops and some very lovely nightlife nearby.

Room is situated is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden and above the living room. It’s unfurnished, as the house came unfurnished originally.

You'll be added to the contract, so you need to be a professional, with visa/right to rent in the UK. Sadly no students will be considered by the agency, who will reference your application.
