The layout means you don't feel like you are living on top of each other and can easily work from home if you choose to. There is also a sofa bed in living room area if guests want to stay over.

Leytonstone has a lot of history, but is quickly modernising with many new cafés, restaurants and nice pubs opening in the area. It is becoming one London's next best places to live. Many parks also lie at your feet here including the famous Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (great for cycling or a run), where events are happening on a daily basis.

I am a clean, tidy working professional - who is looking for the same. When at home I like to relax and have some downtime enjoying a glass of wine!

I've not long moved into the property and have renovations plans in the coming months so looking for someone who is in between at the moment or in London for work. All bedrooms have been recently painted.
