Large room in shared victorian home with garden

AVAILABLE: 4th June for 6 months to 2 year contract

YOUR SPACE: a spacious and fully furnished bedroom with desk overlooking the garden with fireplace, high ceilings, king size bed with memory foam mattress, towel rail, mirrors, office chair and clothes storage (wardrobe and chest of drawers).

THE HOUSE: the huge victorian house has two bathrooms and two kitchens which are all shared. The house has a large sotuh west facing garden with plenty of sun, fruit and veggies growing, a firepit and a lean-to where we dry washing (washing machine and small tumble dryer).

EXISTING HOUSEMATES: You would be sharing this beautiful Victorian house with and her partner and two other women. All household members are professionals working some of the time at home and everyone is warm, respectful and friendly but lead busy social and work lives.

LOCATION; The house is on Fairlop road in Leytonstone (the central line tube is 8 mins walk at the end of the street and we are also near the overground station Leyton midland road and plenty of good bus routes so transport in to central london is easy in 20 mins. The area is a vibrant and diverse part of East london with great local places to eat and shop nearby.
