There is a shared corridor from the entrance leading to the first floor. We are strictly looking for people who will be looking for a very quite house to live in. We do not want people who are looking for a social house or flatmates. We do not want people who are likely to bring many guests frequently. It is a very nice, clean and large living area, rooms and house.

The house has excellent fixtures and fittings throughout with a large kitchen with oven, extractor, microwave etc, and lots of storage for food.

Rooms have Single/double beds and good quality mattress, with wall fitted cupboards and wardrobes, bedside cabinet, and Chest of Drawers.

There is super fast fibre broadband (WIFI). Excellent home for a working professional. Lovely house and ideal for travel to work in London. A professional cleaner cleans the communal areas once a week.

Preferably looking for working professionals who are very tidy and will clean up after themselves and keep the house clean via a rota system. References will be required, rent must be paid on time etc.
