We are looking for a new housemate, for our cosy, relaxed home.

The house is located equidistant from Leyton or Leytonstone Central Line tube stations (Zone 3), a 7-8 minute walk to either station.

Only 15 minutes on the Tube to the City and 20 minutes to the West End.

You also have Leytonstone High Road station (Overground Silverlink, Gospel Oak to Barking) as another option which is also a 7 minute walk, and plenty of good bus links on top of that.

One stopon the tube to Stratford with the DLR, Jubilee line and mainline rail. There is the all-night tube at the weekend and the night bus, there's always an easy transport option available.

There's a 24-hour Tesco or Asda near by and good restaurants, shops and bars including the award-winning Red Lion pub, the North Star and the Heathcote Star just a few minutes walk.

Westfield Shopping Centre with a 17-screen cinema, the Olympic Park and the 50-metre Olympic pool.

Hackney/London Fields cycling distance or a short train journey.

Nearby you also have Wanstead Flats and Park with miles of open land for running and walking, along with Hollow Pond boating lake and Epping Forest.

A little about the current housemates:

There is Mariame (Swedish) who works in Events, Elisabeth (Spanish) who is a midwife and Myself, Richard (English) and I work in TV Post Production. We have all been sharing for about 3 years now.

The house is a relaxed place, we all get along very well, we are definitely not party animals anymore though :). We enjoy a glass of wine together when possible and the occasional film or TV programme in the living room, although the kitchen for some reason always seems to be more the social hub of the house as it also has a TV and Netflix. We also all have busy lives so respect each others privacy and alone time.

I only live in the House Monday to Friday. So weekends it is just shared with the other 2 housemates.

It is a large 4 double bedroom house with plenty of space. I have an en suite in my room, so the main bathroom which you can see in the pictures and video would just be shared with the other 2 housemates.
