The flat is very close to Leytonstone station and Leytonstone high road station, 15 Minutes to Liverpool street on central line and 20 minutes to the west end. Area is very residential on a quiet street. Bus stops are very close and it is a short bus journey to Westfield shopping center (or a 25 min walk).

Room has a king size bed and a large double wardrobe. Sky Q with sports and movies is also installed.

Bills cost £100 pcm. This covers Sky Q in your room (with movies & sports), gas, electric, council tax, water, TV licence and fast broadband. The deposit is only £500.

2 other flat mates are both working professionals. Applicant must be a working professional between the age of 20-45. Unfortunately no couples or room shares for this house, We are only looking for 1 person.

Shared kitchen and living area with large smart TV and Sky Q. We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly and bills include amenities such as toilet roll, cleaning supplies etc..

If you only require a monday - friday contract then rent will be reduced.
