A lovely double room - female preferred

Hi all,

We have one single room left in our four bedroom house. Available now and for a female ideally.

You will be sharing with 3 friendly flatmates: Julia who works in media; Ana, a vet assistant and Jess who works in gaming. All are friendly and socialise but also have busy lives of their own. Two tenant have a cat, so you need to be an animal lover and unfortunately we cannot accept dogs at the moment. The cats are clean and kept in their own room.

The house has a large garden in the back that is secluded and perfect for BBQ and having breakfast outside. It also has a secured bicycle holder installed. The house is 10 minutes away from Limehouse Station and 10 minutes from Mile End Station - subsequently very close to Queen Mary University. Mile end Park is less than 5 minutes away for leisurely walks or scenic strolls along the canal stretching to Victoria Park.

We are an animal friendly house and all pets are welcome - they love having a garden.

All the appliances in the house (Boiler, Fridge, Tumble dryer, Washing machine, Oven) are new and under warranty.
