Lovely, cosy flat right on the canal in Limehouse, just at the bottom of leafy Mile End Park.

It's a 2 bedroom flat with a nice living room.

Up until now, the larger room has been shared by a couple - so there have been 3 tenants in total. I think 2 couples would be too much of a squash, so 3 tenants max.
There is a balcony off the larger bedroom, with views out over the canal.

Brilliant location for transport, just 5 mins walk to Limehouse (2 quick stops on DLR to Bank), also great for cycling as right on the canal. We also have a little shed that has space for a bike if you have one.

Rent is £1500.
Council tax is around £100 a month. Gas and electricity around £90, water £29.
Hot water/heating is included in your rent as it communal/covered by the service charge we pay as landlords.

No pets, sorry.

We are private landlords - so no fees etc, you'll be renting directly from us. We used to live in the house ourselves and we love it very much. We are looking for people who are going to really look after the place - in return, we like to think we are nice landlords, and so far have had good relationships with our tenants.
