I have a double bedroom with its own private ensuite available for rent. The room has just been fully refurbished and has had extensive sound proofing completed giving the room a quiet, cosy and relaxing feel. There is a large fitted wardrobe incorporating a variety of storage options for you. It also has a separate pull out storage area above for large items. For those WFH, in addition to the desk and office chair set up I have built in a pull out desk into the wardrobe and provided a stand/sit stool which gives you flexibility or a change position. Pretty relaxed in the main, it’s definitely no party house but we occasionally go for a meal & drink together. Location - Limehouse is on the river between Canary Wharf and The City. It’s a lovely historic area, safe, quiet, good transport links and there are several nice riverside pubs and restaurants nearby. There is plenty of on street parking with a permit too. Limehouse station is 0. 2 miles and The City and Canary Wharf are a 5/10 minute ride on the DLR. Soho takes around 20 minutes. Close by is a small Sainsbury's & Tesco's, dry cleaners, Pure, Virgin & Reebok gyms and a Cineworld cinema at the end of the road. For more extensive shopping (Waitrose/M&S) Canary Wharf and Westfield Stratford are just a few stops on the DLR or a short stroll along the river. Overall this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a nice place to call home. Great flat, great location and is well worth a look.
