Double room available in a lovely flat by Limehouse Marina sharing with 32 yr old female.
Current flatmate is selling her (3 month old double bed) for £200 if you need it (memory foam mattress included) OR you can bring your own. The room has a built in wardrobe with mirror.

I love living in this flat. The location is amazing on the beautiful Narrow street and it’s so quiet!

A little bit about me...I am 32, work as a personal assistant in the city. I am a keen gym enthusiast! It would be great to have someone who shares the love for the gym too!

It would be nice to have a flat mate to chill and watch netflix with. Always up for going for the odd drink here and there too. Equally it would be nice to have our own space.
I am a clean, tidy and respectful person and would expect the same in return.

First month’s rent is £850 to be paid on 26th July
Deposit £850

Bills to pay on top per month would be:
Council tax £68
Electricity: Quarterly bill that they adjust around what we have paid. As an indication the last one was £150 so we would split that.

Broadband is included!

Water - £97 for the rest of the year which will cover up until April 2020.
