En-suite Double Room in Limehouse House Share

Hey, we're looking for a housemate to move into our lovely house share near the Limehouse marina. The room is £720 per month, and bills are about £60-80 per month extra.

The flatmates are Monika (from Ireland), Joy (from Singapore), Min (from China), and Michael (that's me!) who is leaving the house to go travelling. Everyone is quite busy, so we're not always in the house, but when we are everyone is friendly and chatty.

The house is really spacious and clean with lots of luxuries for the price, including a living room, decent back garden, and a large garage where we store bikes, boxes and other stuff.

The living room is cosy with a TV, comfy sofas, a desk, and a decent view of Limehouse marina.

The kitchen has gas hobs, a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a table that can extend (in the past we've managed to fit 15 people around it for dinner!).

The room is giant! There's two floor to ceiling wardrobes, a desk, and enough floorspace left for a double air-bed or two. The room has an en-suite toilet and shower, but there's also 3 other toilets in the house! No waiting to pee or shower in the morning, and no stress when we have friends over.
