The flat is 2-bed 2-bath, with a large living room (& open plan kitchen) and a large storage cupboard, on the 2nd floor. The living room is facing the Limehouse Marina, and has a small balcony. The DLR station is literally a 3-min walk away, as well as the C2C train, and it takes 5 minutes to get to Bank/Tower Hill/Fenchurch Street as well as Canary Wharf in the opposite direction (20 min walk to CW). There is a Tesco Express on the main road, and plenty of other supermarket options within the vicinity, and a nice park a 5-min walk away.

I am a 30 year old female professional from Cyprus, I work in the City (although currently working from home) and have lived in the flat for 3 years with my current flatmate, and looking to continue living here while she moves out.

The advertised room has an ensuite shower, a large triple mirrored wardrobe, a large bookshelf, double bed, 2 bedside tables and 2 chests of drawers. There is plenty of storage space throughout the flat and plenty of light.

As the landlord is looking to sell the flat eventually (although have not started the process yet), the initial contract would be for 6 months, with the potential of an extension. For this reason, they are willing to discount the existing rent detailed in this ad, which is open to negotiation.

I am very easy-going, I like fitness and sports (there is a gym 30 seconds away), I occasionally bake, and I like socialising. I speak English, Greek, French and a bit of Spanish, and just overall gererous and friendly.

The rent amount advertised is pre any discount as explained above, and includes broadband and water. Council tax is an additional £84 a month per person, and electricity varies; around 37£ per person on average.
