Limehouse: amazing en-suite in HUGE modern flat!!

Sadly my flatmate is moving out with his girlfriend (my flatmate is very sad to leave this flat too) so I need to find a flatmate to renew the current rent contract (lucky for you because you are gonna have this fantastic en-suite room entirely to yourself!).

This flat is in a very modern building just by the beautiful Limehouse basin, just 5-min walking distance away from the Limehouse DLR station (the DLR can easily take you to the City or Canary Wharf within 8 mins).

The flat comes with a 270-degree view of the Limehouse basin (a perfect place for morning jogging and casual Instagram posing because this place is very visually satisfying).

The remaining flatmate (me) is a finance professional working in Canary Wharf and has regular working schedules between Monday and Friday. Originally from China and having studied in China, Europe and the U. S., I am quite talkative, open-minded, social, and inquisitive about cultures, languages, and all the fields in life that I don't really know much about.

The new flatmate will ideally be a working professional as well, someone who enjoys a modern and cozy lifestyle. It would be even better if he/she would also enjoy a beer or two after work or love to watch and comment on movies as much as I do.
