Beautiful waterside flat to yourself (mostly)

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone friendly and trustworthy to rent the main bedroom in my Limehouse flat.

I split my time between London and Lisbon (mainly Lisbon at the moment due to Covid) and so you'll have the flat to yourself most of the time.

Once things return to normal, I'm likely to be there 3 nights a week (Monday - Thursday) most weeks and occasionally will stay there for the weekend with my partner if she travels over with me. I'll stay in the "spare room", which is behind the kitchen and currently filled with all sorts of crap (I have a storage box coming for outside that will get rid of a lot of this thank god)!

The flat has lovely Limehouse Basin views from both bedroom and living room and it's really a great place to live. It's nice and quiet, but with good restaurants / bars around and is only a few minutes walk from the DLR station (3 mins to Canary Wharf, 5 mins to Tower Gateway and 6 mins to Bank)

There's two big double wardrobes in the main bedroom, one of which I'd like to keep for myself when I'm back (albeit only going into the room with your permission of course) as the spare room doesn't have any hanging space.

The development (Goodhart Place) is very secure, full of really friendly neighbours and we have a day time porter (Agim) who is always happy to help with anything.

I'm a pretty sociable guy so would be great to have someone nice to chat with in the evenings and share some food when I'm staying (though heaven knows when that will be with the way things are going!!!).

p. p. s all bills included except for £30 cleaning fee every other week to be split (though your choice on that until I'm staying more regularly) :-)
