We are looking for a friendly, easy-going professional to join our lovely home.
The current contract has roughly 3 months remaining (April 24th - August 1st, but can be flexible on the start date) and if you wish to stay longer, there is the opportunity to start a new tenancy from August 1st.

1 minute walk from the canal, the flat is set over two floors (second and third) in a gorgeous townhouse on a beautiful, residential street.

The flat has a large living room/dining room area, a large kitchen (with double storage cupboards going around the corner) and one bathroom. The vast windows capture the sunlight so the house is always bright.

There is a village high street 2 seconds from the house with everything you could need! A Tesco Express, butchers, green grocers, hairdressers, gastro pub, chemist, vets and an array of great coffee shops!

I'm honestly gutted to be leaving this gorgeous flat, and the two other tenants are so welcoming, relaxed and friendly. We are not a party house, and respect each other's privacy, yet relax together in the communal areas.

The bedroom has a queen-sized double bed, with storage space underneath. It also has a large wardrobe with storage above, a desk, chair, two bedside tables and chest of drawers.

The shower is powerful and there are shelves in the bathroom for toiletries.

The neighbours are friendly and I have never felt unsafe in this area of London (I've walked around this area at all hours!) and we also have a private neighbourhood security guard for the evenings.

Less than 5 mins walk to Warwick Avenue Tube Station
10 mins walk to Maida Vale Tube Station
10 mins walk to Paddington Station
20-25 mins walk to Oxford Street
And there are plenty of bus stops on every corner!
