THE ROOM

This furnished double bedroom is bright, calm and comes with its own private bathroom just across the hall. Enjoy falling asleep by the sound of water flowing in the fountain in the courtyard and being woken up by birds singing in the morning!

The flat was remodelled around 2 years ago so all furnitures are new and modern looking.
This double bed is comfortable and comes with storage drawers underneath. The wardrobe fits a lot of clothes and you can add a desk or an extra storage unit (furniture to sell from previous tenant)

Window has sheer curtains as well as block out curtains.

You will have your own bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity, inside the bedroom.

OTHER PERKS

This is a highly calm building, we have never had any complaints while occasionally blasting music / have friends around. You do not hear neighbors!
The building is gated and has 24/7 security, communal private garden by Little Venice canal and well maintained garden throughout.

Flat located on the 3rd floor without any road views, with elevator.

You can benefit from using a parking spot in the basement of the building (also space to lock bikes for cyclists).

Best perk of all: the building has a deal with a nearby Gym which is 3 minutes away, across the canal. Free of charge, you get 1 or 2 full memberships to The Harbor Club Notting Hill - very posh and well maintained training facility with gym, swimming pool, sauna, hammam and tennis courts (worth ~150£ a month, google it).

AVAILABILITY

I am sadly moving out, and intend to leave at the end of the month. I am aiming for this flat to be available 28/29, which would be on the weekend and also suits the rent, which is payable on the 5th of every month. this can be flexible, just ask.

The rent goes through an agency but the flat is managed directly by the landlord which makes is really easy for any questions / quick fixes - he is super responsive and understanding.

This is not a party flat and is ideal for a working professional person / couple in the area. Not suited for smokers and sadly no pets are allowed within the building.
