From the bedroom there is access to a private small balcony.

There is a large separate kitchen with lots of storage space, a large professional gas hob. All cutlery, pans and pots etc. Fully equipped.

The main common area (all wooden floored) is composed of one large lounge with two sofas, coffee table and smart TV (+ access to Netflix). Adjacent to it, there is a living-room with a large dining table (6 chairs but can easily accommodate 8 people).
The flat has lots of storage space and everyone in the flat has their own bathroom. There is a washing machine and separate dryer.

The building is well maintained with cctv and access to a lift. There is also the option to buy a permit for on street parking.

Flatmates are really nice (nationalities: Italian and English), professionals, tidy and clean, respectful, easy to have a good laugh with too.

The area of Little Venice is one of the prettiest of London. The canal is right outside the building and can take you to Regents Park in 20-25 min walk . You are also a 20 min walk to Hyde Park or Notting Hill.

10 min walk to Edgware Road station (Bakerloo, District, Hammersmith and City lines)
15 min walk to Paddington (tube and trains)
