INTRODUCTION
I have been living and flat sharing this beautiful home for a few years. I like quality and have viewed 70 properties before moving in to this flat and never looked back. It its uniquely charming, providing a quiet and green refuge whilst being super central. The garden access has proven very helpful during the lock-down. The Formosa gardens is the most beautiful garden square in all of London. My flatmate sadly has to move back home for work-related reasons hence why I am looking for a new flatmate. I pursue many interests and am quite social.

It has a queen sized bed, a fully mirrored, ceiling to bottom, tailor-made storage and a writing desk plus chair. The foam mattress is high quality and imported from Germany and the duvet is new (John Lewis) but pls feel free to use your own. Own spacious shower/bath.

CENTRAL LOCATION YET QUIET
The flat is located in the heart of London, Little Venice.
Little Venice is a lovely residential area which owes its name to the picturesque canal that runs through the area.
Within reach: Close to both Hyde and Regents park with just a 10 minute walk to Regent's park (which is a nice walk along the canal) and 15mins to Hyde Park. The flat is also close (10mins walk) to the vibrant area of Notting Hill, where Portobello Market offers fresh food from around the world and plenty of little shops for unusual gifts. Direct bus to Hampstead Heath (15mins)

Connections: The neighborhood is well spaced out but it is only a 10 minute walk and 1 tube stop to Paddington, which conveniently connects Heathrow Airport to Central London via the Heathrow Express. Also easy connection to anywhere within London (Canary Wharf, Mayfair, City, Sth Kensington, Notting Hill) as well as other major airports. . It is only 5 stops directly on the Circle Line to Kings Cross/St Pancras for national and international rail services. The Circle Line can also be taken southbound from Paddington to go to Victoria for trains to the south coast for a nice sunny day out (Brighton etc) or for the Gatwick express to Gatwick Airport.
