I'm looking for someone to replace me from mid February, as I'm moving out with my boyfriend.
The current lease in running out on the 18th of April 2020 but the agency is willing to renew the contract, so this flat would be perfect for you either if you're looking for a short term (from 16th/17th of February to 18th of April) or a long term letting (but a commitment of a minimum of 2 months is required).

You're going to share the flat with my current flatmate, a female professional working in media. Friendly, quiet, respectful and loves to cook.
You: are a working professional, preferably female, but will be flexible to find the right tenant. Respectful/quiet- especially during the work week. Is willing to help keep the flat clean.
