We are looking for a flatmate to join us in a flat share minutes from Liverpool Street station.

Good sized, furnished room on the top floor of a split level flat. The room is quiet as it's not overlooking the street.
Current flatmates are Alex and Joey - both friendly and chilled guys working Mon-Fri and socialising on the weekends. We're looking for a young professional or mature student to join us.
Rent: £600/month to our live-out landlord.
Bills average: £70-80 per month
