This is an intermediate rental property and there is requirement of being a full time professional with a salary cap of £35k p/a to qualify to rent (so we can't take students unfortunately)

We are two gay women (one British, one Swedish) looking a woman to join our flat share

We have a (very) small room (2x3m) with a small double bed available from around the 10th September 2021, possibly a bit earlier.

The room is furnished and comes with a 2K 28" monitor, and although it's small it has a big wardrobe and big window with a blackout blind.

A new build apartment block (completed Sept 2019), the place is bright, has a living room and balcony, elevators, it is set away from the road and has excellent sound insulation from outdoor noise (which is good since it's also by a construction site).

Us/Our ideal housemate:
We're fairly tidy and easy going, a bit introverted but are a pretty social household, and we like the house to be generally peaceful. One of us works from home as a video game developer, and one of us is a neuroscience grad working in the intel team of a law firm. We like science, tech, documentaries (especially crime), video games, and like to hang out and watch movies, play games, go out together etc. but we also like to have and respect one another's alone time

We would like someone easy going and considerate who is reasonably clean/tidy, don't mind either way if you prefer to spend most of your time in your room :) Some shared interests would be nice to have.

No party animals, smokers, and ofc no anti vaxxers or tories ty!
