Spacious double room available on a part-time basis (ideally Mon-Fri, but happy to drop the price if you stay less than that) in a safe modern luxurious private development.

Prime location on a quiet cul-de-sac behind Bermondsey Street, with a balcony overlooking the Shard.

Convenient location, only 5-10 mins away from London Bridge Station, 5 mins walk from More London Place, walkable distance to the city.

Perfect for students/commuters who work/study in the City who just need somewhere to crush during the week, but do not want to use hotels.

THE ROOM:
Spacious Double Room @ £140 per week
(on a Mon-Fri 4 nights basis, all bills inclusive)

- No cooking is preferred
- Good size balcony with a view of the Shard

LOCATION:
- Short walk to the City and river
- 5-10 mins walk to London Bridge for Jubilee, Northern line and rail services. 15 mins tube to West-End or Canary Wharf.
- Convenient with many supermarkets, gyms, deli's, bars, pubs and restaurants around.
- Bermondsey Street is a bustling high street full of independent bars and restaurants, giving a village feeling.

UTILITY BILLS AND SERVICES
The rent is bills inclusive, which covers electricity, water, broadband, council tax and service charges.

FLATMATES
You are only sharing the flat with me, a working professional in the finance industry (currently WFH full-time), who lives a quiet(ish) life. I am looking for someone who is clean, considerate and LGBT friendly.

I am fully-vaccinated, wash my hands regularly, conscious that the pandemic still has not ended yet.
