The residence is extremely close to London Bridge transport links (1 min walk to London Bridge mainline train station, 3-4 mins walk to London Bridge Subway station and bus station). It is also close to many local eating/restaurant spots such as Borough Market (5 mins walk), Bermondsey street (5 mins walk), and Shad Thames (10-12 mins walk).

The room available for let is well furnished with a king size bed and spacious built-in storage. There is also space for storage under the bed. The room has an ensuite bathroom. The room also has floor to ceiling windows which brighten up the room nicely, with blackout blinds installed to ensure the light doesn't interfere with your sleep!

The flat has a very spacious lounge and dining area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer. The flat has a small balcony. The building has a lift (flat is on the first floor), as well as bike storage on the ground floor for 2 bikes (shared on a first come basis by the 6 flats in the building.

I've lived in this neighbourhood for the last 7 or so years, and absolutely love it - it is a vibrant neighbourhood that's a good combination of bustle with quiet spots, great food options (important!), and with the ease of very convenient public transport links.

I'd love to share the flat with a female professional looking for a relaxed, tidy and quiet place in central London. I'm a working professional in my mid-30s. I work in the finance industry. I'm was wfh during lockdown, and have now been back in the office for 2-3 months, but may need to wfh again if another lockdown is imposed. I enjoy (in no specific order) long walks, netflix, music, cooking, hiking, gin, pub quizzes, cheese, and travel (pre-covid for the last item), and would be open to spending time with my flatmate on as many or few of these activities as our schedules permit! I'd love for the flat to really feel like home for my flatmate.

I used to have a cleaner come by once in 2 weeks before covid - I have not restarted this as yet. Whenever the environment feels comfortable enough to restart having a cleaner, I would look to share these bills with my flatmate (total amount is GBP 43 for each visit, to be split 50/50). All other bills are included in the rental amount.
