We are two gay friends. We want somebody who really wants to live in a cosy home and to become our friend! The property is with an agency (who we have had no problems with at all!) They do require incoming tenants to have been working in UK for at least 6 months and require references (all part of their checks)

The communal areas are all fully furnished. Large kitchen, huge living room, cute little balcony (equipped with plants!), nice amount of storage, ground floor WC, all very modern and was recently refurbished in December 2018.

Locally we have everything you

need from supermarkets to really good nightlife! Bermondsey Street is a few minutes walk away and it has some really decent places to go to!

It really is a bargain for the location and property we have.

THE ROOM : Doubled bed and mattress supplied, built in wardbrobe. BRAND NEW FURNITURE (1-2 month old): 4 set chest of drawers, side table, 2 set drawers, headboard on bed.
