Hi all,
This is a bright double room at London Bridge, with wooden floors, overlooking Tabard Gardens. The rent is 500pcm + 100 bills (absolute steal for this area). We’re a friendly females and professionals only household, looking for a new nice flatmate to move in from the 19th of June.

Great location - the flat is 15 min walk from the Shard and Borough market. Sainsbury's (2min), a Tesco (5min), and a Lidl (10 mins).

The room is furnished and comes with a bed and a wardrobe. Photos are from the current and previous flatmate (hence the different look of the room, but you’re welcome to arrange it the way you prefer). The rest of the furniture belongs to the tenant, but you can discuss anything else that you might need with the landlord.
