2 bed, 2 bath flat on the 3rd floor so you have your own bathroom and I have mine.

I work long hours as a non-boring lawyer in the city.
I can’t cook so the kitchen is always spotless.
There’s always wine in the fridge though.

Netflix & Amazon Prime and a mahoooosive wall mounted Samsung tv with surround sound and a comfy-ish leather corner sofa with loads of super soft throws to make it proper comfy!

Staying here is way cheaper than a hotel. If you need an invoice, I’m cool with that. My last housemate stayed 2 sometimes 3 nights one week, not at all another, and a couple the next. He was my part-time housemate for 3 years and will give you a glowing reference. He’s left as work have now moved him to the North of England during the week.

It also doesn’t have to be consistent. If you need to do 4 nights one week and then 1 the next, I’m cool with that too. I’m really flexible to work commitments.

It’s just me that lives here. It’s bloody pricey and bills are extortionate but I love it and it’s a massive flat with a funky desk and solid wood 6seater dining table and 2 little balconies and the best location ever.

You can genuinely treat it as your part time home. Leave your stuff here, fill the bathroom with bits and the fridge with food!
