I am looking for someone to take my double room in a huge flat that is walking distance from Bermondsey Street, Maltby Street market and London Bridge station.
Attributes:
- The flat has three floors and high ceilings (as it used to be a school). As a result, the shared space (living room and kitchen) is very bright and light
- We have a big mezzanine with a desk for easy home working with super fast broadband.
- On the mezzanine is a spare bed for guests. A beautiful spiral staircase links the floors. It is huge for two people.
- The bathroom has JUST been refurbished entirely by the landlord.
- The double room has two wardrobes for lots of storage.
- We have a parking space
- We are located around the end of Bermondsey street, with all the amazing cafes, pubs and the White Cube gallery. Maltby Street market is a short walk away.
- We have lots of plants
The remaining housemate is a anaesthetic practitioner in a private hospital near London Bridge. He works hard and so we are only looking for professionals. He is out of the flat a fair bit, but enjoys hanging out in the shared space and is looking for somebody socialable.
