Two double rooms available in bright, spacious London Bridge flat in private gated complex with shared gardens.

Bills generally come to about £100pppm, including council, electric, gas, water, and high-speed internet. Plus an additional approx £40pppm for a great cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

About Room 1 (Erin's Room - £900pcm): Spacious double bedroom with loads of storage (triple wardrobe with built-in drawers). Plenty of room for a desk if WFH. Room 1 is available from 21 Feb.

About Room 2 (Hillary's Room - £850pcm):
Double bedroom is cozy, but with a massive built-in closet. The bed is an ottoman bed, so between the closet and under the bed, there's plenty of storage space. I've got my desk set up in the living room, which is very spacious. Additionally, you'll get your own bathroom! It's not an ensuite, but it's agreed that the bathroom is for private use. Room 2 is available 18 March, but is flexible through Feb and early March.

Please note the lease is up for renewal for both rooms in mid-March 2023. Contracts will need to be signed from your chosen move-in date until then.

About the flat:
The flat is located on the first floor of a gated flat complex just off Bermondsey street. There are two private gardens within the complex, perfect for lunching or drinking prosecco in the summer. There's a ton of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops within a minute or two walk. It's about a 6 minute walk to London Bridge station, so very well connected. The flat itself is very spacious. It has a full kitchen with dining nook and a large living room. We have a washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as central heating.

About the flatmate:
Lauren, the remaining flatmate, is a 28-year old working in Finance. She's great to live with - keeps the place tidy, but not obsessively so. She understands there should be a good balance between your own time and being social. (There's been lots of wine nights watching I'm A Celeb!)

Both current flatmates are moving out to live with our partners - we're really sad to leave our lovely flat and Lauren! One of the flatmates loves the area so much she's moving a few doors down to a smaller place within the same complex!
