Fresh, light and well-appointed double room overlooking beautiful Bermondsey Street, in a clean flat with a big, airy kitchen. The room has comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest, desk, chair, etc.
Bermondsey Street and surrounds are full of life and attractions, great galleries, coffee shops, winebars, restaurants and parks. The flat is about 7 min walk to London Bridge station, 10 min to River Thames and Tower Bridge, 20 min walk to City.
I'm a journalist, often working from home (in the living room), sometimes also in the evenings. Sometimes I travel. We share kitchen, bathroom, etc.
The rent includes fast wireless broadband and bills, council tax, etc.
I prefer someone quiet and tidy, who has experience at sharing. I would prefer longer-term resident. (I'm a tenant, rental is with agreement from owner).
