Hey everyone, I hope you’re very well :)The room offered has super king size bed, brand new mattress. Bright room with 2 windows, landing space with 2 large wardrobes. A nice sunny garden. Behind Borough Market but very quiet. A short 2 min walk from The River Thames and Tate Modern.5 mins from London Bridge Station(Zone 1) Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Strong wifi with all bills included. Not a swish city pad but very comfy, homely and warm. Myself and my partner are not party people but do like to have a good laugh, good conversation and have a meal and socialise but respect each other’s space as well and would like to share a home with like minded people. I don’t mind students looking for a home from home. Its a safe and friendly area to live in. There is also a downstairs loo.. so no queues for the shared bathroom:)

P. s. I have a well behaved cat that does NOT go to the floor where the room is. New flat mate needs to be clean, tidy, considerate and most of all respectful:)
