Hi guys, we are looking for a new housemate in our large, awesome flat, 1 minute from London Bridge station and Bermondsey street.
The best feature by far is the open plan second floor living area & balcony - great for entertaining and the size is great for the area. The place is modern, has wooden floors and a TV/lounge area.
One of our housemates is sadly moving in with their boyfriend so we are looking for a fun, clean and social housemate to replace her.
Current housemates (2 guys, 1 girl) are professionals working in the city (so we are after a girl to keep the ratios even). We’re a social bunch so hoping to find someone who fits in! :)
1 double room for GBP 975 per month (ex. shared bills which come to around 80 per month)
