Double room available in a lovely 3 bed flat with separate living room and private garden.

Equidistant to Shoreditch and London Fields. 5 min walk to Bethnal Green tube station. 10 min walk to Bethnal Green Overground station. 5 min walk to a giant Sainsbury's and a hop skip and jump to Victoria Park.

The available room sits at the back of the property overlooking the garden. It comes with a standard size double bed and base. Additional closet space outside the room in the hallway.

Bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are located upstairs. Downstairs kitchen and living room with garden access.

Current housemates have been living in the property since 2016. Scott is an accountant and Tom works in sound design.

We are looking for an easy going third person who is clean and tidy, likes to hangout with their new housemates and enjoys a drink and dinner party from time to time. We cook pretty often and during the warmer months the BBQ in the garden gets used a lot. Plus we have a pear tree.

Mid-November is when the room is available. As we are both currently working from home we can show you around the house most days. Alternatively, we can video call.

*Bills are £65 pcm. Obviously a bit more when we use the heating during winter.
