I am looking for a flatmate for the single room in my flat from this month. It is a two-bed flat within walking distance to Aldgate East, Tower Hill and Shadwell stations. Shoreditch or London Bridge with Borough market should be a short bus ride away or 30 mins walking maximum. For keen cyclist out there then central London is an easy ride within half an hour (I cycle daily so can back it up).
The flat has a big open plan kitchen/ lounge area and a balcony. There are plenty of local shops and supermarkets (Sainsbury, Tesco, Waitrose and Iceland) and other amenities close by.
I am a professional working in central London. I will be spending most of the time in office. When I am off work then I will be busy tending to my plants or seeing friends or explore different corners of London.
I am looking for a flatmate whom I can hangout and have conversations with. I hope we can share some interests (or you can teach me new things - I learnt quite a few things from previous flatmates).
If you are someone reasonable, respectful and can treat the place like your home then its perfect.
