Dbl room in modern Leyton flat- 5 mins to Vic Line

Hi! I am Shenay and I am looking rent a double bedroom in a lovely modern flat in Leyton. This is a three-bedroom flat over two floors with communal kitchen and dining area. I’m looking to short-term let the double room on the ground floor of the apartment to a CLEAN and TIDY professional. The room has it’s private WC and th shower is shared with 1 other person (SpareRoom advertises private WC as en-suite!!)

I’m a Director, heading an organisation, hence usually very busy with work… so the flat is relatively quiet during the week- and matter of fact the whole building is quite quiet as all 9 flats including mine, are of professionals, so everyone kind of works during the week and enjoy quiet evenings to rest and charge up :)
The building is a new built of less than 2 years and only compromise of 9 flats. Lovely professional neighbours who respect each other’s privacy and is a LGBT friendly building.
As I would respect your privacy I would expect the same, but, by all means, we can enjoy a good chat time to time.
I’m quite an easy going person who enjoys movies, reading, arts & crafts, photography, politics ,etc.

Very well situated for amazing transport links-

Less than 1 minute away from Leyton Midland Road Station- which takes you all the way between Barking and Gospel Oak- and to Blackhorse Road in 4 minutes for Victoria Line.
Excellent bus links to Walthamstow Central for Victoria line or a short bus ride/cycle or even walk to Leyton Station for Central Line.
Short 3-5 minute walk to Bakers Arms gives you access to several buses to Central London.
Stratford is 15 minutes bus ride away.

Out and about:

With Abbotts Park across the road, the Jubilee Park and many other green spaces around the area are in walking distance and Europe’s Largest Urban Wetland- Walthamstow Wetlands is only 5 minutes ride away on the Leyton Midlands Road Overground to Blackhorse Road.
The trendy Francis road is only a 5-minute walk away and the Famous Walthamstow Village is very close by bus or walking on sunny days- which we do get quite a bit of now!
Olympic Park is also a short bus ride away or you can cycle there in no time.
Walthamstow Market is moments away with weekly farmer’s market on Sundays.
Walthamstow central has become very trendy in the recent years and with winning the first Borough of Culture more is on the way. Lots of eating places, trendy pubs/bars, Central Parade, lots of art and culture activities and the old EDM Cinema converted to excellent a multi-functional art, eat and drink space Mirth, Maud and Marvel.

Soooo much more I can write about the area and its gems, but I’m going to keep it limited to above… only saving one of the best to last, the best local coffee roasters trendy Perky Blenders Project 660 is just across the road! Which I’m personally loving as a hard-core coffee lover :)
