Double room in Leyton

Our friend is moving out from our flat at the end of July so we have a room available from 1st August. If you need to move in earlier we can find an agreement as we have a big living room!
The flat is between Leyton station and Walthamstow/ black horse road station. You have the bus 158 or 58 to bring you to those stations. Post code is E10 7BE
The rent is £534/month with a deposit of £534. The bills are around £70 (depending on the month) and it is a 6 month minimum contract.
The flat has been refurbished in October 2018. We have a big kitchen and living room, 1 bathroom and it is a 3 bedroom flat in total.
You have 2 shopping center at each stations. We put the list of the shops in the picture section. We also have 2 off licence close by the flat.

We are 2 French girls both working in retail. We like to go to club, restaurant, cinema and watch movies all together in the living room. (We have 3 sofas so one for each of us!) We both smoke and we only smoke in the kitchen so if you are non smoker it’s probably not the right place for you. Unfortunately we don’t have a garden 😕
