Short Term Let in Beautiful 3 Bed Apartment (1 week minimum).

We have a large bedroom available on a short term let in our beautiful 3 bed apartment in Leyton. The room is at the rear of the property (nice and quite) and comes part furnished (Ottoman bed with storage, clothes rail and mirror). Bedding can also be provided.

The apartment has three bedrooms, one is used as a home office/ double guest room and the other is occupied by us.

The living room has beautiful large bay windows which let in lots of light. Theres a massive segment sofa (perfect for curling up in to watch a movie) and a 55” TV with all the usual Netflix, Amazon Prime etc and a chrome cast should you wish to stream anything from your phone. We have also added some lovely plants since taking these photos.

We have two bathrooms, one with bath, shower, sink and toilet, and the other with a toilet and sink. Both have under floor heating.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Gas hob and oven, and we also have a juicer and Vitamix blender if you are into your juices and smoothies. The kitchen also acts a dining room and has a reclaimed wooden table and bench which sits up to 6 people. We both love cooking and will occasionally have friends around for dinner PC (Post-Covid).

There is also a free parking space on the drive should you drive a car.

You would be living with a couple; Rebecca and Paul. We are both very laid back and easy going, and love a glass of wine and natter but equally respect people’s privacy if you wanna be left alone. We are both working professionals; Paul works as a consultant (currently working from home) and Rebecca works in hospitality. We keep the place clean and tidy and have a cleaner every couple of weeks (included in price).
This is not a party house, more
of a sanctuary to relax with some dinner parties with friends thrown in. We are ideally looking for a person with a similar vibe.
