Monday to Friday let. All bills included. Double bedroom available in beautiful, large private house. Single occupancy only.

The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. a super-comfy 4’ double ottoman bed with a quality mattress, plenty of storage and hanging space. Super-fast broadband, TV with Freeview channels, fridge, and tea / coffee making facilities.

Complementary cleaning, with sheets and towels changed fortnightly. Monday to Friday rental, but you’re more than welcome to leave clothes etc in your room over the weekends.

Located in a quiet and safe road in Upper Leytonstone, one of the leading up-and-coming areas in London, with plenty of bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, food shops etc. Great transport links to the City (15 mins), Shoreditch / Old Street (15 mins), Stratford / Westfield (10 mins), West End (30 mins), Canary Wharf (20 mins), and more. Central Line and Leyton Midland Overground stations are both a short 8-minute walk, with frequent buses just around the corner from the house to get you to either station in just a few minutes.

A bit about me… I run my own businesses restoring vintage furniture and classic campervans, and I work from home. I tend to work long hours and start my day early. So the lodging is best-suited to someone who works similar day-time hours and is looking for somewhere lovely, quiet and comfortable to stay during the week. I’ve made the bedroom self-contained with all the facilities you need to have your own privacy and space, though there is also a shared living room, as well as a kitchen and garden.

I’m friendly and sociable, but this isn't a party house, and is quiet in the week-day evenings. I am a smoker, so you’ll need at least to be tolerant of that (though I've a no smoking rule upstairs). And lastly, you’ll need to love and be confident around animals, as I’ve three gorgeous, lively, rescue dogs 😊

A minimum 3-month commitment is preferred, with lodging paid monthly in advance, and a deposit of one month.
