The house is really spaceous with a shared, fully fitted kitchen, with a shared large dining room, two bathrooms upstairs, huge rear garden and 8 bedrooms.
The room is available furnished.

The house is literally 3 minutes walking distance from Leytonstone tube station (central line) and the central bus station (257, 339, W14, W19). With the central line you can reach central London in 15 minutes, Stratford center in 5 minutes where you have access to jubilee line and DLR. If you have a car, you can reach M11 in 2 minutes and M25 in 10 minutes
Tesco, pubs, Mc Donald's and the center are in 5-10 minutes walking distance. The house is close to Epping Forest with lakes and playing fields where you can make many outdoor activities.
You can benefit from unlimited wireless internet and shared TV in the living room.

The house is non smoking. Smoking is permitted outside in the rear garden. The tenants do the cleaning of the shared areas themselves.

Couples are welcome although there is rent excess of £40/week.
