Huge New house, next to park/pub, 4mins to station

Alex (me) - Sport, often hindered by hangover, trying to get into a Gym routine.
Jo - Laid back, movies, music.
Paloma - Worlds shortest Brazilian Vollyball player.
Sam - Foodie, out going, easy going.

Completely renovated 5 bed house.

Everything is new, and we are working together to get the plants/pictures etc... to sort it as a home for us all.

Looking for housemates who will be social and become friends. Which would bring the house to a total of 6 people in the house. - but the downstairs is HUGE, so it is easily big enough.

We are all conscientious and have normal jobs in London. Generally work in the week and socialise at the weekend.
Normally with a call late on a Friday night for us to meet up from wherever we are out.

The house has a good (new) kitchen, 2 lounges, Dining room, 2 bathrooms, toilet and laundry room.

Its also all built around a middle courtyard with doors that all open up, so its great for a party (maybe in the summer now!)

The house is 4mins walk from Manor Park Station (Crossrail soon!), which is 10mins to Stratford, 15mins to Liverpool Street. - trains are every 10mins in the morning.

30 meters from Wanstead Flats
40 meters from the Pub.

Overall we are pretty laid back and are looking for similar housemates, we often cook together, share mates and just look to make London a good place to live.

it would be really good to book some time for you to see the house, but also for us to get to know you so we can see if we would be a good match.
