This is a double room in a large Victorian house in Manor Park.

The room has a lovely original Victorian features, a fireplace, and wooden floors. It overlooks the garden and has plenty of light. We have a lovely patio and a garden with mature roses, and a brand new kitchen extension with a contemporary modern design.

The house is a short walking distance from the Elizabeth Line, Manor Park, and East Ham Stations, with Hammersmith and District Lines, Woodgrange Overground, and the Central Line in Wanstead. It is also near the award-winning Plaistow Park and Wanstead Flats, part of Epping Forest.

You will be sharing with the landlord who is an architect.

We are looking for someone who is really calm, very tidy and easy to live with. We prefer someone who works full time outside of the home and who needs and after work calm space to rest.

This is a mixed home & work space architect office, so we are looking for someone adult, mature, respectful and who understands co-living.

The house has three bedrooms and three toilets (one en-suite) for a total of three people. It is not a big house share and will never be more than 3 people in total including yourself.

There are many university campuses in Stratford and Docklands, such as UEL, UCL, and many more, including Westfield, Hackney Wick, and loads of buses, on top of the three train tube overground stations.

The big Westfield Mall and Olympic Park in Stratford and many huge retail centers in Ilford and Beckton.

The bills are included and a cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean communal areas (this is also included). Communal items such as cleaning products are also included.
