Sunny double room with triple wardrobe space overlooking a picturesque garden. The newly renovated Victorian house is shared with two lovely professional housemates who occasionally work from home. I have a spare roo that I use a few times a month but otherwise the 4-bedroom property is essentially shared between three. We're 4 mins walk from 2 Overground stations and 12 minutes to Liverpool Street. There's also plenty of on-road parking.

The 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is light and airy with high ceilings, wood floors, and period features. There's a huge communal living room space, a big kitchen kitted out for epic cookfests and a sunny garden ready for toasting marshmallows in the firepit as the nights draw in.

The house is set in a beautiful tree-lined conservation area with restaurants, shops and pubs galore, and high-speed links into Central & North London within a few minutes walk. The wide open green spaces of Epping Forest and Wanstead Flats are on the doorstep.

The room (and the house) are fully furnished and move-in ready, so we are looking for someone who does not have furniture or extensive personal possessions. If you are looking for a friendly but grown-up house, this is the place; we enjoy keeping things tidy and the rent includes all bills.
