Us:
Looking for a sociable housemate to join our place. We're Joshua and Ollie - the proud homeowners, but not your typical landlords. We share our house with Brandon and Eddy, our little pug. The three of us work in styling, tech and as an Apple Genius (Yes, you can use his discount)
One or two of us is usually working from home a lot of the time so we’re very house proud. If you're the type to stalk prospective housemates then ask for our @'s.

The House:
We installed a new kitchen when we moved in and comes complete with a washing machine and dishwasher. Another essential is the bar which is always stocked. There’s a little yard out back which now has a cute seating area and a hot tub over autumn/winter. Joshua is actually based in the studio annexe attached to the house, so the other two bathrooms in the property are only ever shared between 3 of us. Our lounge is downstairs with a nice big sofa so we can all binge TV together - you can even have your own profile for Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.

Another bonus is that it's usually under half an hour to get to anywhere in Central. We're literally a 3 minute walk to Plaistow tube station (H&C & District Line), and at the end of the road you can get a five minute bus to either Canning Town or Stratford. (Jubilee/Central Line). Two of us also have cars so we usually drive to one of the bigger supermarkets every so often and head to the Gym/Pool in Stratford.

The Room:
We're looking to fill our spare double bedroom. It comes with the usual bed and mattress, bedside table, full length mirror and wardrobe. Plus a wall mounted TV at the foot of the bed. We're happy to add/take away furniture, whatever works best.

The Future Housemate:
We’re looking for a fun and sociable person who will fit in to the house dynamic. You need to like dogs otherwise it’s probably not going to work out. The perfect housemate would be very tidy and know how to keep a kitchen/bathroom clean. There's no deposit, so we're looking to find someone we can trust to look after the place. At the same time we like to have people round for a drink or two and are always down for a Eurovision/Halloween/NYE house party - when Covid isn’t ruining everything.
