Lovely household, Zone 2, East London, huge rooms

We are 3 people living at the house currently- a couple (Val & Yana) and Jack. Yana(29) is a filmmaker, Val(30) just graduated from her MA in Psychosocial Studies and is looking for work in research and Jack(23) has just started his career in childcare. Our household is not complete without mentioning our dog Resistance, who is a 1.5 years young black Labrador full of energy and affection; Jaya the Cat- our black cat, who is an obsessive licker and likes her own space but also occasional snuggles; and last but not least our troublemaker Sandy, he is the cutest and most mischievous rabbit alive, he has his own two story house and ever since Resistance joined the family, no longer has free reign of the house and the ability to terrorize the cat on a daily. =)

We are a friendly, warm and positive people, who have lived in this house for about 5 years now. We love to spend time together watching movies, playing board games, having a drink together and doing BBQ's. However we still respect each others privacy as we are working through our personal aspirations and for the time being some of us work from home. We had a big communal family that we grew and developed in this house but now everyone has moved onto new travels and adventures and COVID has forced some to move to their home countries or with their families. So we have been left with a big house with too many empty rooms and so we have decided to open our doors and rent out a couple of our available rooms.

The House:
We live in a big 5 bedroom, 2 story, detached house with a shared living room and kitchen, a small toilet, a bathroom/ toilet and a big garden. The kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer, hob, oven, microwave and kettle, we also have a dishwasher but it needs connecting. The actual kitchen cupboards are quite old but hopefully to be changed soon. In the living room we have plenty of board games, PlayStation console and tv as well as surround sound speakers. It is located in Newham, with easy connections to central London as well as Stratford. We have West Ham, Plaistow and Canning Town Stations in close proximity as well as a bus stop (69) right outside our door.

The rooms are quite large especially for East London. The bedroom downstairs and then the one above it are the 2 largest rooms available, they are each priced at £600 per month without bills, and one month deposit for single people. We can discuss couples. Bills vary and depend on how many people are sharing them but collectively come to around 300 pounds/ council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet/. The downstairs room has a bed, a couch, a wardrobe, a mirror and a small bedside table. The room upstairs has 2 wardrobes, a bed, a small table and two armchairs.
