The room has been popular on AirBnB but I prefer longer term stays, which is why I've discounted them here for a longer term lodger.

I may even be able to give better discounts for a longer contract if a larger advance payment is made (e. g. if two months' rent is paid in advance instead of one month's rent)

Very easy transport links that take you to:

- Stratford (bus 262 from Bennett Road Bus Stop T) takes you to Westfield Shopping Centre and to several underground lines incl CENTRAL, JUBILEE, NATIONAL RAIL and DLR!

- Canning Town (get bus 300 from Bennett Road Bus Stop T or bus 147 from across the road) takes you straight to the jubilee line and to the Docklands Light Railway

- Prince Regent station is a 10 minute walk away, but you can also take a bus (262, 473, 147) gets you on the District and Hammersmith & City Lines

- Plaistow station is a 10-15 minute walk away, but you can also take one of the very frequent buses (272, 473) gets you on the DLR in minutes
