2 Lovely Double Rooms for rent near Canary Wharf

Hi there,

I am looking for 2 housemates beginning with 24th of August 2020 but with the possibility to start earlier.

The apartment is very well positioned in zone 2 (East London), 5 min away from the Langdon Park DLR station (4 stops from Canary Wharf/ Stratford), 3 min away from the 108 bus stop, next to a Tesco (3 min away), the Fit4Less Gym (3 min away) and the Chrisp Street Market (7 min away).

It includes 2 bathrooms (one with a shower cabin and the other one with a bathtub), 1 kitchen, 1 dinning area, 1 cozy/minimalist living room and the 3 double-bedrooms. The furniture and the appliances are in a very good condition.

There's no cleaning service but as there are no carpets and the surfaces are neat, the apartment is easy to clean.
As per the monthly bills, they are roughly £50-£70/person.

We (Myself and the Landlord) are looking for 2 mature and decent professionals (no students, or students who work full time as well), who like to clean after themselves, easy going and cheerful.

About myself: Florina - I am 33 years old, and I am working in martech for a financial company. On my spare time, I would travel, cook, read, learn, run, go out and do yoga. I speak Romanian, English, French and a bit of German/Spanish/Italian.
