Looking for single person to rent out my spare in a 2 Bedroom apartment at London City Island. Great if you work within DLR/Jubilee Line or with the Canary Wharf/Central Line area this would be ideal, room is big enough to have a desk, the price is inclusive of all bills.

Bills Includes Sky TV, Council Tax, 1GB Broadband access & all Utility Bills plus use/access of Swimming Pool, Gym & Spa on two sites over at London City Island & Goodluck Hope, the property would suit someone who doesn't have a lot of furniture to move in with.

Respectful

Also someone willing to jump in and willing to help with the general household chores.

The island is a great community to live with City Airport just around the corner, with Elizabeth Line opening you can get swift access into Central London & Heathrow Airport.

The Island is home to the English Ballet which we have an amazing view from the balcony. Amenities are great with the Island having it’s own Grocer/Restaurant, Sainsbury’s, Swimming Pool both indoor & outdoor, gym facilities along with the health club & 24 hour Concierge, the building contains secure bicycle storage, bar/restaurant with various work spaces around the Island.
