Hello! We are a couple looking for a tidy new flat mate on the last week of April. SHORT or LONG TERM welcome.

£1,130 BILLS INCLUDED + Deposit 900.

This is a 2-bed flat. You will be having your own *single to double-sized bedroom overlooking Canary Wharf and O2 on the 11th floor and your own Bathroom. It’s not very clear on the picture but view from your bedroom is directly opposite Canary Wharf. Balcony and a huge living room are some of the highlights of the flat.

It is literally 3-5minutes walk to canningtown station (Jubilee, DLR line) and approx 15 minutes walk to Canary Wharf area. There is also a bus station beside the island.

AMAZING FACILITIES — indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, 2 gyms with FREE classes, cinema room, lobby with games, 24-hour concierge, monthly market pop ups and restaurants/ pubs/ grocers within the island.

*Room size is single to double because our contract says it’s a double but I personally think it’s too small for a double. Although the bed size is definitely a double. Furnished. Room comes with a closet inside which I can send u photos of. We also have more space for extra clothes/shoes in our large storage by the corridor. Current flatmate has been using it as a closet. Bathroom’s spacious.
