Hi everyone! We have one bedroom available in a nice 3 bed/2 bath flat in New Festival Quarter available now! The bedroom is fully furnished and share the main bathroom with one other person.

About the bedroom:

- Double bedroom at £880 per month and available from 31 October
- In the video, this is the last bedroom in the walkthrough (right next to the main bathroom), please note that it now has a glossy white table instead of the wooden one and the bed is now against the other wall as per the photos

The rent includes:

- ALL bills, including a bi-weekly cleaner and superfast hyperoptic internet
- 24 hour concierge
- Free onsite gym
- 50" HDTV including Netflix (in the shared living room)
- All mod cons (washing machine/dish washer, etc)
- An ensuite for the master bedroom, the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom
- All rooms have a massive built-in mirrored wardrobe and views overlooking the park
- A balcony attached to the living room and a communal roof terrace
- Secure underground parking space available at an additional price if you would like to use it

You will be sharing with two other flatmates (young professionals). We are looking for a friendly but respectful and tidy flatmate - someone who is not just looking for a base but who is looking for a place to call home, and will be respectful of each other as we are all spending a lot of time at home these days.

As you can see in the video, there is a large park right next to the flat to spend time outside. The flat is also only 15 minutes walk to Canary Wharf/5 minutes walk to Westferry DLR.

Terms are set at 6 months (although can be negotiable), and the deposit is 1 month rent. Non-smoking only please.
