There is a large 'sky garden' private to the penthouse on the 36th floor, which is a quiet and peaceful haven away from the bustling city below. Being above the London smog the air is noticeably cleaner!

****Transport****

We are spoiled for options! All local stations are in zone 2.

5 minutes walk to Pudding Mill Lane DLR station.
From there e. g. 2 minutes to Stratford or 10 minutes to Canary Wharf.

Under 10 minutes walk to Bromley-by-Bow or Bow Road tube stations (or 3 minutes/ 2 stops on the bus to Bow Road tube station). From there, District and Hammersmith & City lines and e. g. as little as 6 minutes to Liverpool Street.

15 minute walk to Stratford, or a short bus ride (3 stops/ 6 minutes) or one stop (2 minutes) on DLR. Stratford services include Central, Jubilee, Overground, TFL Rail, DLR, District, Hammersmith & City lines. Crossrail (Elizabeth line) coming at some point.

Buses also from outside the building take you all over London, including to Mile End (central line) in under 10 minutes, and beyond: directly to Oxford Circus, Kings Cross, Paddington, Euston etc.

The Cycle Superhighway 2 (one of the main London cycle lanes) runs past the building directly to Whitechapel, Aldgate and the City. River and canal tow paths also great for cycling. Santander Cycles station a couple of minutes away. Also secure indoor cycle storage facilities in the building.

6 minutes from Stratford International to St Pancras International. City, Stansted, Gatwick and Heathrow Airports also within easy reach of Stratford.

There are a wealth of great activities to do in the area including riverside/ canalside walks (or kayaking!), fantastic parks (sometimes featuring events and festivals), cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants, galleries, theatres, museums, exhibitions, street markets, sporting venues, cinemas, shopping centres etc.

I grew up and have spent most of my time in London but I am well travelled and have also lived in Paris, Athens, California, and Uganda. I studied French and English literature at University College London and the Sorbonne, Paris. I have been involved in property in recent years. Some of my other interests include music, philosophy, art, politics, interior design, sailing, freediving, skiing, festivals and meditation. I'm a friendly and sociable person and always delighted to make new friends and acquaintances.
