You'll be one of 4 sharers in a high spec 5 bed 3 bathroom house.

Middle floor spacious room with king size double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, desk, mirror. There is one other room on the middle floor and an unused room we keep empty
in-between. You will have use of the ground floor bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, shared with one other house mate. We're looking for someone tidy who can keep up the clean fresh ambiance.

The house has an attractive large communal open plan living area, with a dining area and comfortable sitting room area with a tv. There is a separate kitchen with a gas cooker, washing machine, dryer, fridgefreezer, coffee machine and microwave. There is a good size south facing garden which has a clothes line and seating area.

- 10 minute walk to Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre.
- The Olympic park is only 10 mins walk with all the sporting facilities it has to offer on your doorstep.
- 12 mins to Liverpool Street on the tube, very quick and easy to get to Canary Wharf too.

A cleaner comes once a fortnight and cleans the communal areas, your bedroom and the bathroom (this is included in the rent).

The rent is £875 per calendar month- ALL BILLS, CLEANING AND WIFI INCLUDED.
